FAQ

Do you hand make everything?

Yes! There are no machines involved in the process of making any of our leather goods. From cutting, glueing, stitching and burnishing. The product you receive has been made entirely by hand.

 

Do you ship internationally?

Yes we do, please check our shipping policy.

 

Do you use genuine leather and what kind of leather do you use?

We use 100% Full Grain Solid Leather in all of our products. There is absolutely NO reconstituted, 'pleather', Vegan Leather or composite leather in our business.

 

Do you do custom-made Orders?

We do take-on Custom Made Orders but only if it's within our expertise. Please contact us anbrooks.leather@gmail.com if you are interested in placing an order.

We also advise the wait time on Custom-Made is a MINIMUM of 6 weeks.

 

How long does personalisation take?

The longest part of the personalisation process is the Proof Approval process of the personalisation. If we're able to email each other promptly and finalise the personalisation, then the process is much faster.

 

I need my order quickly - what can I do?

Your best option is to choose something from our stocked items but if you want a custom order urgently please message us to confirm that we can get it to you in time (depending on the stock that we have) And if you need any order by a certain date please write it in the comments section at the end of checkout so that we can prioritise.
